I got the email from them too. Then I bought EVERY Vision 110 they had in stock, and almost every Q-Go they had also... Can't beat 40% of megabass. Hope they still have the sale going on the 15th when I get paid again!!!

Tom Ashby has a lot of explaining to do to my wife. I can probably work in the Jessie golden retriever story somehow.

I'm trying to figure out which bank do you think will give me the highest credit line!!! I've never had a Megabass rod solely b/c of the price, but I'm seriously wondering how many I should buy now!!

They just emailed me that the G-Ax was actually sold over the weekend. Got a super destroyer III instead. It was showing sold out on-line but the guy I talked to said they had one left.

I know these rods are nice but at these prices and selling them for 40% off that must mean when sold at full retail these companies are making a 60% or better margin...seems like an awful high markup. either that or its dead inventory and they are just trying to get some money back.. Most sales are usually based on an over abundance of inventory

Just picked up the Jabberwock. Seems like their getting rods in daily for this sale as I'm seeing rods that were out of stock back in stock or they found inventory they didn't know they had.

Did not call. Was just going thru their rods again and noticed the Jabberwock was available so I pulled the trigger. Once I received a confirmation email and again checked their site and noticed the rod was out of stock, so it looks like I might have lucked out. Maybe they are their digging into their ebay stock.

PS. I just checked their site again and I'm seeing one once again in stock. Better hurry.

This could quite possibly be the deal of the year. After deciding that the Q-Go's and 110's weren't enough, I had to get a few Z-Cranks, a few diving flap slaps, some Ya Mamba hogs, some SRX Griffons and some MRX Cyclones... Man I am SOOOOOOO broke right now! I've always wanted to try the Ya Mamba's but never did... They'll kick arse this February on a C-rig. I slayed them on this one spot we have a tourney in Feb every year on a hair jig, hopefully this will get the bigger ones to latch on....

So I guess we're up to 4 divorces. I think that Mr. Ashby should throw down on a group lawyer

Giant Dog-X's are my favorite topwaters and the Deep-X 200T is a great crankbait. I haven't tried the Deep-X 300's yet but I have a bunch on the way now.

Looks like they're sending some Megabass lures to Canada! hahaha

I ordered 2 Vision 110's, 1 Trick Darter, and 1 Anthrax 110. I really don't know which lures are mostly used by anglers and just went by the TT reviews!

I didn't see any rod in stock that I wanted when I checked! Hopefully something will come up for a good Christmas present! :big grin:
