Re: Pixy 101
I am not so sure if the zonda 68 is a pixy. I believe it should be a alphas. I have the zondas 10 and 68, their spools are interchangeable. While they both don't fit a pixy 68 spool. Any1 can confirm???

Re: Zonda 68r vs px68
get the pixy.
zonda has too deep a spool.
The casting of a px68 is as a good as a zonda.
only part is the aesthetics

Re: Megabass rod disappointment
I still think the p3 are the sleekest built. Not much frills but the rods function tops. I am disappointed in the X7. Personally I felt they failed badly. YOLOY is not as forgiving. You will know when your community starts breaking a few.

Ur lures are not that heavy. I would pick f570x. More versatile for jb and top water.

Re: sg waters
they can vary quite a bit.
weak when brooding.
however some of the temensis I have caught could peel line off my 100 size reels. I fish with high drags....
notice the heavier the rods, the nastier they resist.

FX68 does feel more tight and robust than its cousins.
It sits on my F5-70x

Impala
Ideal for hardbaits ~5/8oz jerkbaits, topwaters and vibes. In my opinions an excellent rod for horizontal presentation.
Ideal for close quarter duties where u need lots of under casts, side casts and backhands.
