Re: New Legend Tournament

The spinning looks good

Casting one of these years they’ll get it right. Just give me a ecs with a clean locking nut with trimmed threads. Also disappointed they don’t offer the MF in 7 or 73

Re: Maribou and Ned rod

Take a look at the alpha angler 72finesse. I can’t comment on your original list

A few others I have experience with that would work. St croix ML in length and series you choose. 76mml daiwa once again pick your series and cost

Re: Kistler rods?

I kinda feel Gary and nfc helped kistler through a difficult time. It was a win win for both. NFC was new to the market and kistler went overseas and had mass breakage issues. With the shift to nfc trey got a quality American blank and nfc got their name out to the masses. My thoughts is nfc offered...

I also fish the dupage and just to add to the mix I think the 822dsr would be a super fun rod to play with. A great rod to handle the 1/2oz but still handle the low wend would be a st croix MLF

Re: Kistler rods?

I decided to not purchase anymore kistler but I really liked the helium’s I had. 2 broke when they shouldn’t and each year it seems they change descriptions and model availability. Then you add the crazy price increases it’s just not for me. They do offer many sales. You’d think they just price them...

Appropriate size chair cap from a hardware store can add quarters for added weight if needed.

Re: Steez AGS Spinning Rods

I should have gotten another 76mml when they had the last order but kept debating over adding a 7’M. I have a lot of 76 spinning rods and was considering the 7’ for more largemouth fishing tossing senkos etc
