does anybody use these reels and what are they like?Also are these reels made in japan or thailand?

i have 2 tica tp 3000 reels one of the reels spooled up has more line at the lip of the spool causing a taper the other reel has a more even line lay is there any way of changing the line lay so it is more even.

i am thinking of getting the 3500.could someone tell me if it has got the click spring with click gear drag or the one shown in the review for the 2000 capricorn
