i would also recommend 316 baits. they take punishment and still catch plenty of fish!

personally i have just started to look into the clear / translucent type baits.

with all boats in general, there are supports holding the front deck. are you able to look under the deck to see places where you can cut?

ive heard it is alot more comfortable with a recessed pedal.

i have a few baits that no longer swim straight, and no longer have tails. i have yet to stop fishing these - and they always catch fish!
