I did the review but we used four of Zander's pics since he's been successfully throwing the bait out in CA too.

Re: Finesse at the Entry Level: Abu Garcia's Revo S20

Thank you for mentioning this. It looks like that is the wrong table being used, and the next table down is for a BB1 reel which I've never even reviewed--lol! It appears things got jumbled during editing after I submitted my document to TT HQ

Re: Hardy sheds some light on their latest fly rods and reel

Sorry, I don't have any intel on Greys at the moment. They were not at the IFTD show this year, either.

Re: What a Concept! 13 Fishing's Concept-A Reel

Hi everyone....

The review will return soon. The guys out in CA are performing additional tests on the lab reel (I have my own reel here in FL seperate from our lab-tester) that may alter the review.

Re: Beyond Spybaiting: DUO Realis Jerkbait 100SP

Since I made the error of not taking water temp into consideration, that paragraph was removed to eliminate any further confusion. Everyone has an "oops" moment from time to time

Re: Beyond Spybaiting: DUO Realis Jerkbait 100SP

Wolbugger, could you please specify what the water temperature was when you compared the suspending abilities of the DUO vs Megabass vs Luck-E-Strike? Since most suspending lures will rise, suspend or sink depending on the water's temperature, I think an evaluation should always include said temper...

Re: Not Just for Chuckin' Blades: The Megabass Orochi F5-610

Glad you all enjoyed it. Just to clarify, a review of the Extreme Mission Type-F is coming in the near future. I referenced the review of that rod in this review because I was expecting this one to be posted first....so don't go searching for the Type-F piece quite yet

Re: Performance at a Premium: The G. Loomis NRX 9 Weight

The False Albies are a blast and sure are great fish to test the durability of any rod. I was actually asked to review the CC 1 piece 9 weight, but opted for the 9 NRX instead since I drive a truck and don't own a boat.....no place to store/transport the 1 piece. I have not thrown the 1 piece CC rod...

Re: Silent but Deadly: The Molix SB Crank 55 Silent

I was not offended...again...it's your view and I respect it. One big reason for the low rating is the fact the bait can only be fished in a very small, set depth range--not a very versatile aspect. It would be pointless and unreasonable to give every bait an 8 or a 9 8-)

Thanks,

Re: Silent but Deadly: The Molix SB Crank 55 Silent

Like all TT reviews, readers are bound to disagree with some of what we say. I (the reviewer) don't consider a silent square bill crank that versatile. How many ways can you rig it? Can you fish it deep? Those are just a couple of the factors I consider. I appreciate your input but I still do hold f...

Re: Silent but Deadly: The Molix SB Crank 55 Silent

Thanks for the positive words. Not sure why it says 0-13 feet....it should read 0-3 feet. I notified Zander, thanks.
