Re: Megabass Cyclone

I hope we see the new Super Cyclone Carbon Head soon... ours are on order. It looks like an interesting rod for sure, along with a few other new CH models. I'm looking forward to using some of them this summer. The Hein however is spectacular all the way around and pairs well with an IS. We will ha...

No love for the newer Megabass Tomahawks?

So I've been thinking about grabbing a f4-71t but there isn't a lot of info about it out there. Are the newer tomahawks not as well regarded as the the old gta and gtz rods? Just seems like the current series doesn't have a lot of hype behind it, though I love glass and the full grip. If don't go wi...

Re: 2019 Megabass Levante issues?

Please see the below direct from Megabass: As we do with all of our new releases, we have been closely monitoring the 2019 Levante. After careful examination, we have determined that a quality control oversight allowed certain defective blanks to reach the US market and our customers. This is a fai...

Re: Major Craft Nano Ace Spinning Rods

I own the 6'9" M and 7' MH. While they don't quite compete with my higher end rods, I do find their balance and sensitivity to be wonderful at the price point. They are a little over rated though, the M is more of a ML and the MH more of a M-at least in my hands anyway. The MH you are interested in ...

New Tatula Elite Reel

Anybody else see the picture of the new Tatula Elite that copycat site posted on Instagram? Looks to be based off the current model Tat 100. I'll be interested to learn more about this one

Re: Levante Leviathan for 2-3oz baits?

I haven’t had the new leviathan long, but so far impressed with it, seems to perform as well as similarly rated customs I’ve owned. The rod will handle 2-3oz baits no problem and easily accommodate larger ones, which once you get hooked you’ll be tossing larger baits anyway. Smallest I’ve gone so fa...

Re: Megabass US Destoyer new models added to lineup

Also maybe you could check something for me. Does the Flyssa have the same length of handle as the Addermine? How does the Flyssa feel in hand? Thanks. The Flyssa and Brigand handles are the same length - a bit more than 1/4" longer than the Addermine as pictured. I've been fishing both now only fo...

So who's gotten their hands on a Bunker Buster? Keep telling myself I "need" this rod.
