Re: Issue with 2016 Antares DC - What should I do?
There are 2 reasons this could be happening. First, the Anti Reverse Bearing has been contaminated with grease, causing the needle bearings to slip. Second, the Anti Reverse Bearing is damaged and needs replacing. Check this bearing. Sure it is the cause. Cheers. Terry. Quote. It's for sure the anti...

Someone knows why coupon code is not working now? In the past it's already happened, but they restore it in a while, will it be the same this time?

Re: tungsten putty
Hi, I use another brand's one but I assume it will be exactly the same: it has the consistency of a chewing gum and can be attached the same way to any hardbait lure to set a fine tuning. I use it mostly on swimbaits to make them suspending, on lures like Buzzjet to tune the action while using nylon...

Re: kistler jerkbait
I sold mine a while back. My PB was caught on it. Try posting on Kistlers website in their forum. Thanks, I think I already tried, but to be sure I sent a new topic right now and it's waiting to "be added after moderation". I think they have closed their forum: the newest post has been posted in 2013

Re: kistler jerkbait
Hi, does anyone still own a Kistler Magnesium MGTWJBM68? I have one of these rod bought as second hand but it's actually shorter than 6'8", I'm trying to understand if it has been shortened or not. It is approximately 6'6" long, the guide scaling looks good so I think that if someone modified it, he...

Re: Buyee Experiences and Issues
Got an invoice that the shipping fee is $172 U.S. !!! Ouch. Obviously, I wouldn't have bid if I knew, so live and learn I guess. Be careful if you are dumb enough to win an auction for a rod on that site. ](*,) ](*,)  I already had that experience with rod shipping from Buyee: ...

Re: Rods from Buyee Japan Yahoo auctions?
Last update about my experience: the rod has arrived, it was perfectly packed in a new tube so you can purchase with confidence from Buyee even with rods, the only thing it's important to consider it's that shipping are really expensive (more than rod shipping from traditional japanese sellers). The...

Re: Rods from Buyee Japan Yahoo auctions?
Update on my experience: they changed the damaged tube quickly and they seem to be very professionals. My only problem now is that UPS international shipping to Europe will be really expensive (20.000 yen approximately), I asked a FedEx shipping quote but they told me that it will take a week to get...

Re: Rods from Buyee Japan Yahoo auctions?
I won an auction for a Steez Harrier 10 days ago, the rod arrived at their warehouse after one week (monday) and they suggest to add protective packaging. I asked a few picture of the package to understand if it was really necessary and they send me a few pic where it was clear that the tube used fr...
