Re: New Shimanos up on japan tackle
Could someone please name or message me the "other" JDM web sites referred to here? I heard of sites in Austrailia and in Isreal, but I can not locate them. Also, if I'm listed as "first on waiting list" for a Chronarch MGL, any idea what that wait would be? I have messaged Mr Sonona, just no respo...

Re: More new 13 rods
fyi no.8 will no longer exist. Besides the muse the new line of rods are one 3 rods and not 13 fishing rods.

Re: Deep spool and inception reel
thanks for responding and that verify that it doesn't fit. They probably will come out with aftermarket spools for the inception. The idea I had in mind was having a spool or 2 laying around filled with braid copoly or fluorocarbon. So I can just change spool instead of line.

Re: team lews hm85 rod
I got the older version hm85 casting rod for a great deal brand new. Mine is the 66 Medium mod fast. I use it for jerkbaits. So far I've had 2 fishing trips with it. Overall weight is light, not tip heavy at all and didnt even come close, sensitive, and balances well with both my lews bb1 and bb1 pr...

Re: Cutting trigger off of baitcast rods
I haven't done it but heard people doing so. Then I started to wonder if this would suit me but didn't know for sure if I should do it. The way I palm (pinky finger below the trigger and ring finger above trigger) gives me pain in my pinky finger. This method is use for fishing hard jerkbait, a down...

Re: St. Croix triumph rod rebuild. *Pic heavy*
How's this coming along? I also have a triumph casting rod but 66mhf. I am wanting to change the reel seat but if it's too much of a headache then I might not.

Re: broken insert. what to do?
No but too late. Threw the broken insert away. I saw a complete guide for 5 bucks. Haven't bought it yet cause I still to research on how to properly wrap and remove a guide.
