Re: Discontinued Hard Baits

I need to get on the hunt for some Jackall Bling 55's. My stash is dangerously low now. That’s a good one Tim, not much else on the market like it. I still have a few of the original Poe's cedar cranks, too. I only fish them in open water. 8-[ know about that all to well. That’s me with m...

Re: Where are the shimanos?

Got the Yumeya spool in for the little Scorpion. You’re never going to regret that spool Beautiful set up btw. Thanks. I like these little reels and can see why they are so coveted. Any tips on smoothing them out or is that normal for these reels to buzz in your hand when palming and spinning the h...

Re: Enough with the tackle. LETS SEE SOME FISH!

Lots of nice fish showing up, nice catches guys! Crankbaitaddict is keeping me honest and I like that. Just posted some tackle, but let's not forget the main reason I'm out there every day.... Always enjoy seeing what all this amazing tackle can do! Nice fish man, keep up the good work with th...

Re: Shipping times nowadays

Ordered some lures from Japan off EBay on the 22nd. Shipped DHL and arrived on the 25th. Also ordered a reel from Digitaka in April with no delays. No complaints here

Yeah that sucks, around here it’s jet skis. Luckily they don’t kick up much wake. Feel your pain man, nothing worse than a wasted trip.

Discontinued Hard Baits

Made a nice order for some discontinued goodness. As soon as that shipping price from Japan dropped, I had to jump on it. These things were the best shallow jerkbaits made, and getting to be so hard to find! Miss those Bonnie too, so had to throw one of those in. What hardbaits do you regularly fish...

Re: 88 Degrees

Same temps in this part of Florida, and don’t really consider that hot yet, but understand what you mean. End of July into August, temps hit 100 actual which leads to 115+ heat index with 100% humidity. If you have a passion for fishing, you will work through the discomfort. My best advice is to fis...

I don’t even own a spinning combo. Mainly fish inshore in Florida on the Gulf Coast, so I’m definitely different.

Re: Mend-it glue drying up

Acetone does not work, tried it a while back. I think xylene is what is used but not 100%. Search around on Google a little, I’ve found and used the answer just can’t remember what it is now

Re: Custom Paints

Recently picked up an Iwata Eclipse HP-CS, and the difference was immediately noticeable. Paint looks so much smoother, and it’s much easier to layer colors. Still need to work on trigger control so I can get that detail work dialed in. https://i.postimg.cc/1trHmbdr/0-E210-D8-A-34-E5-40-A9-8-C61-9-B...

Loomis 842 in any rod line is a great Topwater rod. Also use it for a lot of other things when the Topwater bite is off.

Re: Confirmed new Nrx coming out !!

Now that I think about it and look at all their product lines I think they are doing it on purpose. No one could be that incompetent repeatedly. There must be a market for rods that look 25 years old. Maybe they are more like the Harley-Davidson of fishing rods. They sure sell well despite your opi...
