Re: Editors Choice & Best Value Awards List(s)

No problem. I understand completely. It always seems that something comes up that we'd rather concern ourselves with (to do lists). I really enjoy the lists and they provide great insight when I'm in the market to buy new equipment. Sure hope the lists continue.

I wasn't quite sure where to post this question, but the current lists reflect 2017. Are these lists going to be updated for 2018 and beyond?

Re: First Tests and a Look Inside the 13 Fishing Concept Z - Zero Ball Bearing Baitcaster

If you think your product is the next BIG thing in fishing reels, you shouldn't have to wait to see how the first reels sell. I doubt seriously if Shimano and Daiwa operate that way. Hell, even Abu sells cranking reels in the 5's. Oh well.

Re: First Tests and a Look Inside the 13 Fishing Concept Z - Zero Ball Bearing Baitcaster

Disappointing to find out only 1 left hand gear ratio being offered. In addition, no low gear ratio's (5's) being offered for crankbaits. Could possibly hurt sales.

Re: Kistler's New Flagship ZBone LEXF Casting Rod

Per the review, this model is described as a LEXF3MH with a lure rating of 1/4 - 3/4 oz. However, the Kistler website has some slightly different info. The website describes this rod as a LEXF4MH with a lure rating of 3/8 - 7/8 oz. Does anyone know if these rods are the same?

Re: The Surprising Daiwa Ballistic EX Spinning Reel

Cal, Your review stated that this reel has two bearings associated with the spool. One bearing under the spool and another in the spool itself. How difficult is it to replace these bearings? What size are they? In addition, the review stated that it has a bushing in the line roller guide. What size ...
