I have the stradic 2500fi and it is really sweet. I have to agree that the reel cast very far. I also have not had any line twist-ups. I also checked out the advantage in a local shop it was very nice reel.

I fish them all the time. They work great anytime.

Will there be any small spinning cumara rods in the future. Like a 6'6"?

I agree. I have a Diawa spinmatic it is a very nice reel on a 5 foot ulgy stik light. I use power pro 8# line with a 1 pound dia. I have caught a few large mouth over eight pounds and some peacock bass over four. I love the little rod and reel but I would like a higher end spinning reel.

I saw the show it was some type of crimp weight. Almost like a wire crimp for saltwater. Hope that helps.

How about the stradic fi. This month or next?

I would use a yo zuri pins minnow with light line.

What is the difference between the 2500 and the 3000 Stradic FI. Is it the body of the 2500 and just a bigger spool? Thanks
