They are not making their own blanks and wouldn’t say which ones they’re using. When a rod builder gets evasive on that question I hesitate to trust their products. Just my two cents. Rx angler on YouTube loves them!

Interestingly, BFS reels were originally designed in order to be able to use 8-10lb FC to pitch finesse jigs. I've used both braid and FC, for jigs etc FC is my preference.
