Re: 2 BFS setups from the kayak
I have my aldebaran bfs xg on an ace hawk also, I love the combo together, but am also a beginner in BFS. Do you have all 8 magnets in the reel and what settings did you have on your reel when throwing the 1.6g jig? Thanks

Ordering one piece rod through rakuten
How much and how long would it typically take to ship a one piece 6' to 6'6" rod through rakuten? Thinking about ordering either the jackson trickster stc-64L or stc-60l from the seller proshopks. Also considering the MC Volkey vkc-65ul bfs too through plat. Any input on the rods would be great too!...

Re: PX68 casting noise
thanks for the reply, i do believe it is something thats in the side plate (side w/o handle) but i wasn't sure how to properly disassemble that side of the reel. If i pull that side off and shake it, it does sound like something may be loose inside.

PX68 casting noise
Sometimes when casting or free spooling, if the reel is turned on its side with the handle facing up, it get a crackling/popping noise and it slows the spool down. Anyone have any idea or suggestions on fixing it? Thanks!

Re: Daiwa PX68 question
Like if i take it apart and pull the gears and drag pads off, its flimsy and moves around. With the side plate on, its fine, its just a little loose inside and is making a little noise

Daiwa PX68 question
I usually only use shimanos and this is my first daiwa so I have no idea but is the drive shaft supposed to be flimsy? I took it apart to clean it and i had to grease up the drive shaft pretty good to get rid of the grinding noise when turning the handle. Other than that i love the reel, so far i've...
