I wonder how the upcoming Dobyns 736CB is going to compare to the Leopard. Similar spec and application between the two rods.

My search hasn't been exhaustive but I can't find, or recall, any other bass-related website (forums or boat/tackle manufacturers) that choose to use scantily-clad women in their marketing.

I've questioned the rating system used here before and the Dobyns 765CB review further reinforces my misgivings. Disregarding the color/graphics rating the rod scores 10/15 (66%) for ergonomics (grip, balance and weight), 92% for performance and 100% for bass rod application!!! How does this work? T...

Given that one point is awarded for no rod-sleeve, please explain the differences between a 2, 3, 4 and 5 point rod sleeve.
