Kong -
Gotcha! If that is all you need (additional stock spools), just email info@13fishing.com with what you would like. They said they can get those for you. Tight lines!

Kong - This should help: https://www.facebook.com/13Fishing/photos/pb.115329578520161.-2207520000.1467819199./1049894261730350/?type=3&theater With that said, the Inception has a much larger spool than the stock Concept Spools. I have 60 lb braid on 2 Inceptions right now, and have more than enough ...

Re: Multi Purpose
Something like a 6.6:1 or in that range is a great multi-purpose reel IMO. Is it perfect for everything, of course not. But when looking at a ratio that can do a lot of techniques really well it does a great job. Next would for multi-purpose would be a 7.3 or 7.1 as mentioned.

Re: No.8 Blackout sensitivity
Yeah in that range I'd go with the Omen Gen 2 personally... With that said, the Blackout is a very good rod for under $100.

The majority of my set-ups are 13 Fishing Rods. I just feel like for the price, they can't be beat and I'm big on value.

Strike King Burner Spinnerbait. I really like the blades they use on these, they turn perfect at very high speeds.

Re: Snag proof hollow belly buzz frogs
I can't speak to the Bass Kicker, but the Wobbletron is one of the best frogs I've used! Really like throwing it, and its replaced some of my buzzbait usage as well.

Re: mend it bait glue
I'm with everyone else, Mend It works GREAT to expend the life of otherwise junk plastics. It will pay for itself many times over once you get the hand of it. Another thing that has saved me tons of money on Plastics (maybe it was mentioned and I missed it) is super gluing my plastics to the jig whe...

4" Chigger Craw in Green Pumpkin. This is about the only open-water (ie: non-flipping) jig trailer I use at this point. The Smallmouth love it on football / arkie jigs.

Re: Best scale....
I love the Rapala Touch Scale, personally. I'm also a northern angler so 15 lbs is plenty for me lol. I understand it may not be for others.

Re: Tungsten Bullet Weights
I've had good success with the VMC tungsten bullet weights - zero complaints in 2+ years of use. I can't say for certain since I haven't bought any in quite some time, but I think they are on the cheaper end as well.

Re: Best dropshot rig...in the world?
This is great thread - great question darrin! I'm a Northern Angler, so w/ the Drop Shot I target smallmouth 99% of the time in very clear water. For this reason, I'm a spinning rod guy. For this application, I've found the reel to be less important, so long as the drag works well. My current reel i...
