For the most part yes, There are some exceptions though. Infini II™ spool uses a different pinion and MGX/ALX use a different spool. Ect. Ect..

Re: SV103XS Spool Upgrades but what next
What mods have you made to your SV103xs? I added a red ZLN SV TW CC caps and red highlites from the Zillion OG. Also made mine click with addition of the click spring mod I've posted. I swapped out the spool from an ZLN SV TW(G1 1016) for medium to heavy jigs and love it in my right hander. Also ha...

Re: Daiwa Round Reel Questions
I dont think the CVZ has a clicking drag star, so the swept Alphas variants should work fine. I know they will because another member here has got a couple Alphas stars from me and put them on his CVZ-frame reels. He sent pics and said the reels work fine. I'm pretty sure you will need to use the p...

Re: Daiwa Round Reel Questions
CV z shares many of the parts from the Alpha/SV105 reels. Use the SV105 star drag with the longer SV105 drive shaft will cure clearance issues. Make sure to get all the associated drive shaft washers from the SV105. The red pixy type r CC cap fits as do the SV105 black caps.

Re: Steez A Gears
Modified set of SS SV 5.3:1 gears are in my Steez A and set for testing. Had to use a spacer where the OG yoke slot was on the pinion as a filler. Looking for recommendations on what I could use to fill the old slot area? I'd post pic's of the modified pinion, But they usually just disappear...........

Re: Fastest Round Reel?
Trying to get my hands on a Ryoga 100 series. I have a hunch that the ZLN TW/ZLN SV TW series gears may fit them........... I have a moded set of 7.1:1 gears in a CV-Z103L and I think the LPT is 29.75". SV105 with 7.2:1 is advertised at 29.6". No real difference IMHO and the CV series excepts the we...

Re: Steez A Gears
I am successfully running a og zillion main gear in a steez a but have to use the steez a pinion. Something we'll need to work on. I'm pulling the sleeves out of my A and see what mods the yoke may need to get the OG gears fitted. I got a tatula yoke in the bin somewhere............... pretty sure ...

Re: building the 5.1:1 'crankin'steez'
JJBassnForFun, any follow to your testing with the 5:1 LH gearset? What gearset did you use? Any idea of IPT achieved? That might hit 20-21 I would think... Nice deep CB or SB reel I would say. Been beating the fudge out of them with SB and bladed jigs slow rolling over grass. The 100ML is working ...
