Re: A Stick That's Difficult to Pin Down : Megabass's US Destroyer P5 F7-75X BMG
Would you put this rod into some lighter flipping/pitching scenarios? I have been on the constant search for a "punch" rod for way up north. I don't get thick mats, as most of my targets are lilypads mixed with milfoil. I have the 7'10 Kister M.O.D with NFC blank (post MJD version). It fe...

Cal, pretty much spot on. Personally I would score the sensitivity higher IMO that's compared to my NRX+ 893/873. The reel seat trigger though will be uncomfortable for some. I enjoy mine very much.

Re: The Very Refined Fantasista Premier FNPC70-6 from Abu Garcia

Re: Aaron Martens Puts His Signature on DUO
I became a huge fan of Duo Realis jerkbaits this year even to the point I barely threw my MB 110's. Can't wait for these new signature colors.

Re: The Search for One: St. Croix Speaks in Xtremes
I have no issues with the reel seat and as I mentioned before a few threads on the front reel seat could be cut down but not a deal breaker for me since the blank is that good. The handle is actually pretty tacky in wet weather which is a plus since I love fishing in the rain. And I will say this ag...

Re: The Search for One: St. Croix Speaks in Xtremes
I have this exact rod and must say its one of my favorite rods in my boat. It also competes with some NRX, new GLX and MB X4 rods. I have zero issues with the rod build except yes StCroix could of done a better job cutting down the threads on the reel seat. Sensitivity wise in my hands better than X...
