Re: Your most versatile rod?
For me personally, it's been the Steez AGS 76MML for spinning, and the Megabass P5 Destroyer Tequila Baccarac for casting.

Re: Double Spinning Reel Handle
+1 for the Gomexus double handle. I picked one up for my Exist actually and quite enjoy it. Color matches nicely as well. Only benefit to the double handle I've noticed, is that I never miss grasping a knob when I'm half asleep like I sometimes do my single handles...

Re: p5 wind buster or steez 76 mml
Oh man, I was trying to decide this too since I love my WindBuster. Ordered a 76MML AGS and now I just need to pick it up. Worst case scenario, just keep both? Aha.

Re: Zillion sv TW 1000
Does anyone know if the black plastic cover at the bottom/side of the main frame is meant to allow greasing the main gear? And meant to be able to be opened without opening the whole reel up? Is there a trick to opening the plastic cover, And getting the black piece back in, without feeling like yo...

Re: Reel Scratches/Marks
Honestly your best bet may be to look into the cost of a side plate and transfer the internals. Assuming it’s the palm side plate. If it’s the handle side I’d be looking at a color matched nail polish and clear coat. It's the palm sideplate. I will have a look into that. If not, will try the nail p...

Reel Scratches/Marks
Hey guys! Couldn't seem to find answers for this on the forum. After less than a week with my new Daiwa Morethan, I somehow managed to scratch it from top to bottom on the sideplate ... Anyone have any tips/tricks to remove or somewhat make it less of an eyesore? It really bugs me to have new g...

Re: Til Failure
Having tried multiple workout programs for strength training, I would highly recommend you give NSUNS531 a shot for strength. There's even an app that will break everything down for you after entering some stats about your current lifts. And agree with the nutrition for the most part. Have been inte...

Re: Shimano vs Abu Garcia Casting Rods
The Exprides have very JDM-esque tapers, being progressive as the load increases on the rod. The Fantasista is a true fast and tends to be at the upper edge of its power rating, i.e., a medium power rod fishes like a medium+. Thank you very much good sir. I think I will be picking up a Fantasista. :D

Shimano vs Abu Garcia Casting Rods
Hey all! Looking at purchasing a new rod for some heavier applications. Have narrowed it down between a Shimano Expride A 7'6" H and an Abu Garcia Fantasista Premier 7'6" H. Unfortunately there's no way for me to get my hands on a Premier and see how it feels in hand. I personally have never owned a...
