Re: Finesse spinning rods.. What's your first choice?
Steez Racing Design 67ML+ Out of this world indeed... I love mine. Steez AGS 76MML is bar none my favorite spinning rod available in the US domestic market. Paired with Exist LT 3000CXH = :big grin: The new P5 Landsat is also a nicely versatile, super light, very sensitive spinning rod that is very...

I had the GLX 822dsr and I was in love with that rod! One of my favorites for neds and light swimbaits. How does the Expride L+ perform?Thunderblack1984 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 21, 2020 7:15 amMan, love spinning rod threads. I'll pick my top 3 this season

Re: Finesse spinning rods.. What's your first choice?
I wasn't really expecting the rod to be as soft as it is, but when it comes down to it, i wouldnt want any other rod and reel when it comes to light line techniques. Absolutely stellar!!BRONZEBACK32 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 20, 2020 6:57 pmYup, the NRX 901 is my favorite spinning rod.
I have mine paired up with a Stella 2500

Re: Finesse spinning rods.. What's your first choice?
I run the 820s glx drop shot rod. It’s got a great soft tip but still can put the boots too them when you need to (or as much boots as you can running 4# mono). I did just build up a nfc ds721 X-ray so I’ll have to do a comparison of the two to see how or if they differ. I'd like to hear how that 7...

Re: Finesse spinning rods.. What's your first choice?
Since I got one recently 76 mml steez ags, reel dont matter as long as it balances (currently stradic FL). I've been seeing that Steez online, man. From what I've read about it, its a pretty damm good rod. I've been interested in some of Daiwa's higher end stuff here lately. I have the Elite Ags Co...

Finesse spinning rods.. What's your first choice?
I recently picked up a NRX 901s and I'm absolutely blown away. I've got it paired with a Twin Power 3000 and I've not had anything that quite stacks up to it. What are your favorite finesse spinning set ups and why??

Re: G Loomis Build Quality
I've seen and heard of problems like this, but with the 6 NRX rods i have, not one has any blemishes or anything that would put me off of buying them again.. (which i most certainly will!!) When you think really think about it, them being mostly made, small things here and there are going to slip by...

Re: JDM Rods to have this Spring???
Well, I still maintain that 6'10" is too long for jerkbaits, however I just got a 6'10" JDM rod, an MS-X 610M/R. I got it for shallow cranking, spinnerbaits, and Keitechs, but since so many insist on that particular length for 110's and what-not, I can't help but give it a shot. The 65ML/RF I curre...

Re: JDM Rods to have this Spring???
I'm still confused on the 2 piece aspect. Is it a two piece in the traditional sense? Or is is removable from the butt section?
