Re: What’s on your Reel’s Foot
I'm confused, how are they chipping? I've never had one ship... It's caused by the rods with aluminum lockdown hoods like the og steez line, certain Abu rods and even the old Wiebe seats on Loomis rods. How about Steez SV/A on CI4+ reel seats like Poison Adrena or Expride? Will the Steez get scratc...

Re: Which Loomis or Megabass Rod for 1/2oz spinnerbaits
Out of the current USDM production models, I really like the US Destroyer Daemos here. The XX or Levante versions of the Diablo Spec R will certainly get the job done should you not go with Valkyrie or US Destroyer. Which of these two reels suit the Daemos better? 1. Steez SV TW 2. Steez A TW To be...

Re: Reel for MB Destroyer FMJ
I tried both reels on the FMJ before buying. Went with Steez A because it balanced better. Steez SV was too tip-heavy.
Currently, I have the new morethan PE 1000 on the FMJ only because it looks better.

Re: Steez A revisited...
What is the difference between the two ZPI spools: NRC001M vs NRC001PG ? On the ZPI website, the only difference I can see is that they recommend 10-14 lb fluoro for the M and 16lb fluoro for the PG. Why is this the case? What makes the Steez SV spool better in the Steez A than the stock Steez A sp...

Are your Steez A brake dial indicator a little off center to the numbers? Wondering if its same on morethan or they've fixed that

Is the weight difference noticeable between 19 Morethan vs Steez A in any significant way? On or off the rod?

Which Steez On Destroyer FMJ ?
Yesterday I bought a Megabass Destroyer FMJ and a Daiwa Steez reel to pair with. Just want to see if I made the right decision... Will only be used for 3/8 - 1/2 oz jigs & creature baits on 20lb straight fluoro. Which Steez would pair the best with FMJ purely as a functional choice (without consider...

Re: Tatula 610MXF Feedback
Was also looking at this exact same rod and wondering the same as OP.
Stood out to me out of the new Tatula spinning rods.
Seems like it could be a nice all around finesse rod with an edge to DS.
TTU610MXS is the model number.

Re: Tatula SV casting distance.
It does have an agressive braking profile but still casts plenty far for regular bass fishing use. I can cast all the 50# Trilene braid off the spool with a Terminator Walking Frog when thrown on a Megabass Hyuga 72H and don't have to thumb the spool even on splash down. Same. I can almost spool ou...
