Re: New GLX

I've always liked the GLX. I like the blue version. I think the cork grips are great. The new one looks like a winner too. The P5 grips are not for me. Wish the glx had a longer foregrip but a elegant design I think. Some guys like the rod to look like piece of art and others don't. I'm in the camp ...

Re: New GLX

I believe I saw a picture of the GLX in a pros rod locker. Similar to the NRX style if it was and not just a test rod.

The current models you bought are still one of the best. I fish a lot of different brands and glx is still in the top. Enjoy!

Re: New GLX

The current GLX rods I liked more than the Megabass Destroyer, more than SC legend elite, and more than expride. They are up there with the best.

Re: Finding a cracked guide ring

There are a few things I would check before replacing guides. How old is the line? Casting a heavy lure? Not breaking near that area of line correct? Did the line get stuck on anything or rub on rocks lately? If you are not seeing or feeling a crack my guess is its not your guides. Can you try a dif...

Re: Recommendations for a hairjig rod

I would certainly look at Tatula 7'6 ML/M models. Also the 7-6 or 7-3 ML St. Croix LTB.

Re: 2024 All new Posion Adrena

Not a fan of the locking nut on the current one or this one. It loosens just looking at it on the spinning model.

Re: 7'6" ML - M spinning rod for mid cranks

The more I fish 7-6 spinners the more I like them. Very versatile and you can cast a mile! Fun fight with any fish too.
