Re: Soft Steel's Manageable Fluorocarbon Line, Instinct FC
Can you explain the difference between the "Stretch" and "Deformity" criteria?

Re: Shimano Japan Renews Their Shining Star : The 2022 Aldebaran BFS
I have the previous version Aldebaran and I love it. It is paired with an Expride 6’10 medium. I primarily use it for jerkbaits (perfect for that technique), but also for poppers, lighter underspins, etc. I have to be honest, I don’t love the looks of the new one. The only thing that would entice m...

Re: Shimano Japan Renews Their Shining Star : The 2022 Aldebaran BFS
I’m a bit surprised that a review score under 8.0 results in an award, but maybe the Enthusiast Award just means “it’s good and we know you’ll buy it anyway!”

Re: Checking In With The New IMX, the 892C JWR
Based on the deflection chart in the article it's lighter than the average Medium rod. RoD 2.52, while the average M rod has an RoD of 2.19). The last ML review I remember (but there might be others) was the Kistler Helium ML rod, which has an RoD of 2.59. (http://www.tackletour.com/reviewkistler21h...

Re: Built for Finesse. Shimano's Curado MGL 70 K Baitcasters
I've been throwing light t-rigs on my Curado 70s, usually in Spring: 1/8oz bullet weight + stick bait etc., always for a combined weight of under 0.4oz. Also tried tiny underspins on it around 1/4oz or so. I don't really consider weights around 0.4oz BFS yet, but the point stands that even the old C...

Re: Buongiorno! An Aggressively Priced Glide Bait from Molix
Great article. "Surprisingly, Molix is offering their Glide Bait in only 4 different patterns." FWIW, I see six different colors on TW: Dark Gill Orange Belly, Ghost Ayu, MX Blue Gill, MX Trout, Silver Minnow, Threadfin Shad.
