I love it! Smooth and tangle free. I have it spooled with 14lb braid and cast like a dream.
The only draw back is the weight, its a tat heavy for the size, perhaps I am spoilt by my Exist 2508. But having said that I would never see me giving it up for now.

The Chronology and Evolution of MB 110s
The MB Vision 110, I believe is one of the more, if not, THE most popular Lure from MB. Outside of it's legendary fish catching prowess, it has caused frustration (finding) and sometimes insolvency or windfall in dealing with them (Look at some of the prices on Ebay and you'll get the picture). The ...

What colors are these MB 110s?
Hi Guys,
Was going thru my 110s and there are 2 baits that I am uncertain about their colors. Any help would be appreciated.
I suspect bait A/A1 is Stardust and B/B1 is mossback yellow fin tail.
These baits are fom year 2000.
Thanks

Re: Cutting braided line
Here's what works for me. At home I use the Fiskars, while fishing I use Owner's Braid Scissors - small, with a neoprene sheath, a securing ring, real comfortable for the shirt pocket.

Curado 301 DSV?
Hi, any news if the Curado 301 DSV coming out? I'd be heading to Malaysia in September for some SailFish and would like to have 1 or 2 of these babies to add to my arsenal.
I'd be using the Shimano 401 Kobune and the Millionaire Blue Backer for now but would really like to try the 301.
Cheers

Re: Loomis Rods for Pixy & Alphas
I know you were asking 'bout a Loomis. But if you would like to venture into the MB stables;
The MB F1 -60 Elite is a sweet rod for the Alphas to sit on.
I use it to throw 7 gram (1/8 oz?) baits with ease and a decent distance too.
Just a suggestion.
Cheers

Re: antares AR or conquest 51?????
AR for sure. For the fun and lighter baits there are other reels that can do dat - pixy, alphas...ect Yea, but they dont look like the conquest 51. ;) You have a point. But the man can only buy 1 for now and for A ll R ound application the Antares would do the job better than the 51. Now given a ch...

Lifted this from someone else. Your on your death bed and your greatest fear is that after you die, your wife is going to sell your tackle for what you told her you paid for it. No, No, on the death bed, your wife tells you she managed to sell all your tackle for the price you told her you paid for...

ROG, Thanks for the morsel of infomation. Colfor handle = pistol grip? Yep, I been bugged a coupla times to part with it but could not bring myself to. I got it paired up with a Bantam Mag 201 SG (8.5/10 cosmectics) and they are a perfect match. Do you know if there were any 2 speed fighting star lo...

Shimano Boron Rod + Older Yozuri Baits
Hi Guys,
Maybe ROG would like to chime in on the Boron rod.
I got this off an estate sale, there were actually 2 of them, but I sold 1 to pay for both . The rest are some of my Older Yozuri Baits.
Cheers
