I would be chasing after a Z1016 along with a million other anglers if Daiwa finally release this reel. Fishes are getting smaller while the reels are becoming more powerful.. Makes sense to downsize and introduce reels in smaller, more compact sizes.

May I know is there a BFS/shallow spool for Monoblock. I used braid and do not like the idea of backing or filling up spool with 200plus yard of 10lb braid.

The new SV spool, are they able to fit into Monoblock?

I have both ENW and Criffhanger, both nice rods but I find ENW more versatile.
