It looks so much better in person. It's very well balanced too. The custom M1 feels better balanced than the factory M1.

I finally got back my custom Calfish painted TD-Z103H which was supertuned by the legendary e_bassfisher. Added Zillion carbon handle, pixy pxr drag star, OS7's and carbontex drags. Uprgraded Curado 100B with Calais 5.0:1 gear set, 50Mg spool & cast control cap, citica handle, Boca OS bearings, carbontex drags paired with a Dobyns 764CB RM. Awesome shallow cranking set up.

2-3 1/2" with the softer brown shell. In so cal we would nose hook them so not to impede the kicking of their tale plus they lived longer. You just had to be extra careful when casting since the nose breaks off easily.
