Re: Zillion sv TW 1000
Sorry if this info is buried in the first 22 pages. Can someone confirm the spool size and if it fits/swaps any other daiwa platforms?
Thanks TT!

Re: What's the best all around baitcaster??
Considering the main factors (MH/F rod, Bank fishing, all around under $250], I say just get a 6.3 or 7.1 variant of the Shimano SLX. Let’s face it, you’re not gonna throw light lures with that rod and the SLX will handle 1/4-1oz just fine. Use the rest of the money for a fishing trip or a nice dinn...

Megabass Rod Recommendation
Hi all, So I have been using the 1st gen XX EMTF for straight in-line topwater stuff like buzzbaits, toads and ploppers and love it for hese apps. I’ve recently switched over to braid/leader fo these and find the micro guides are not ideal so to speak. Which MB rod would be similar if not identical ...

Re: Daiwa TWS And Braid, Opinions
The only fear I have is that I am sure a larger line connection knot, 50lb-15lb+ fluoro, would catch and potentially cause damage. Solution there is just don't use a long leader, problem solved. This has been the issue i ran into as well using 65lb braid / 17lb mono with the steez. I mainly use Fg ...

Re: Is the Steez SV TW currently the best low profile bass reel on the market?
To say something is best without setting a parameter is a dangerous proposition, but to suggest that sales equate to what is best is simply misguided. That train of thought would lead you to believe a Corolla is better car than a Tesla S, or a Ferarri for that matter. Heck you prolly think Mcdonalds...

Re: TD-ito questions
I would say the best ever rod to match the TD-Ito, both in aesthetics and in function is the Old model MB Elseil.. Put 10-12lb line and tie on a Vision 110 and you might not pick up another rod ever again.. ha!
