i was kidding, i've never had problems feeling anything with any of the steez rods i've owned.
I know.
It’s a pretty good stick. I’ve heard people say that it dead in the hands but i like you haven’t had that experience. I attribute it to having a shimano on a Daiwa rod.

how could you possibly use a rod that has no sensitivity?? 😄

my pb was caught on comp-x probably 9-10 years ago. i loved fishing with that rod
I use 20lb floro and it’s worked for me.

GLX 894 with Recoils

The dark green or olive blank rod is the one I’m referring to.
Has any used it for jigs and Carolina rigs?
Seems tip heavy but I had a limited time with it

Re: Compact Jigs

i'm gonna try the bill lowen jigheads from lure parts online sometime this year. they're compact. i think you get more bites with smaller baits most of the time. yeah you may catch small fish, but you're gonna catch some big ones also. i fish strictly for fun, and want to catch fish the 1 or 2 time...

Re: What is wrong with Quantum

Quantum is only worth of money over their PT series, quite good reels. Both my Energy HPT and Icon are dealing with peacock basses, snooks and baby tarpons without any complaints. My poor energy is the reel I carry when descending my local river rocky banks and canyons, looking for peacock basses h...

Re: The banana in the tali pipe

If your engine runs rich and you can visibly see a lot of black soot on the exhaust tip etc, you'll probably find the muffler, hot dogs and catalytic converter choked. Always good to get a new exhaust system every 10 years (they're cheap enough) or have it inspected for carbon buildup which as you ...

The banana in the tali pipe

Went to the water this weekend or the other day can’t really remember as my nights run into days but anyways my truck seemed it was working hard just to get up to speed. It was as if it was struggling although I was giving it gas. Now I’ve done all sorts of work to this truck so I was thinking where...

Re: 88 Degrees

When I was out there there was a wind blowing
And at my first spot it was coming at me. I just lifted up my arms cause it was just nice. There were some rain clouds and thunderstorms nearing but it would seem as if I was only getting the wind here and there.
