I'm still using the reel. Caught fish on it this weekend with no issues.

So after a couple weeks fishing, the parts I used worked. The chronarchs are back in business.

I used the following, BNT3377 and BNT1514 and in the house, everything seems to work fine. I'll post an update when I put some tension on the line but at this point, its much better than the paper weight it was with shot gears.

So is there no current production gear set for the 51mg either brass or aluminum?

Do you have a part number for those? What is my best bet for something that is currently in production?

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I am asking about the Chronarch 51MG.

I'd like to replace my worn out gears with brass in 2 of my 51MGs. I ordered the brass gear for the 101D after some internet reading but the pinion that came with the set would not fit. Which part numbers do I need for brass gears for my 51MG?
