Most times for stock items with EMS shipping, if they ship Monday I get it Thursday. I have been happy with their service before, during and after the sale.

For one piece, seems to me about 9500 JPY. It will come either FEDEX or UPS. You will pay 6% duty as well on the stated value.
For two piece (with total max length about 150 cm) it will come EMS, probably $40 and you typically wont have to pay duty.

If you are OK with the maple, rosewood or teak (I think they are the standard woods) you should be able to get them. I got some of mine from Japan and some from Megabass USA.

They may be tied up with the ARMS Challenge builds right now, but as with most things Megabass, patience is needed:)
