The issue was that the E clip side was too short to fit through the non-handle side plate side. I had to remove some metal off the end of the teeth towards the non-handle side.

I did order BNT4010–I’m not sure what the difference is, but I was able to find that part number from the Chronarch Ci4, which I heard was the same as BTN4010.

So I received BNT3822 and they are very similar, but it does not fit correctly. I ended up grinding and filing down some of the shaft and was able to use some washers to get a good fit and get it to work. It sounds like gears to me as best as I can hear in your video. Typically the pinion bearing will make a different noise if it is bad.
