Unfortunately this rod is no more in production... I found it used on yahoo auctions and paid a lot for it
It's a very unique and rare rod, I think a lot of anglers are chasing it

Very nice rod: balanced, not too much heavy, not too stiff, not too soft... found it perfect for treble hooks big baits
During that time I was fishing Jointed Claw 230 and Bigroid 210, 3.5/4oz it's the sweet spot for this rod

For Evergreen you mean only Kaleido Inspirare? Or we can consider Heracles also?

Re: Proshop Otsuka
Hi, from Proshop Otsuka the price for 1 or 2 rods (one piece rod) is always 12500jpy + handling & packaging (i cannot remember if they charge 1000 or 1500 jpy) They don't ship more than 2 rods for every tube, if you order just one you still pay 12500jpy [-( Shipping costs are the worst you can find ...

Re: X7 Aaron Marten's 71 Vs EVO Mephisto
Hi, it depends from what you're going to do with the rod. I got a Mephisto last week, bought it for bottom contact lure (99% jig), it's quite sensitive but not as stiff as I was hoping about... It's a "full torque" blank as they are describing it on the website, but for those techniques I don't like...

Re: JDM Tatula HD "Custom"
Hi, I'm using mine from september and I like it a lot. I have a 6.3 that is a true winch, i full cast 5oz bigbaits without problems with 25lb nylon and at the same time is great for pitching a 3/8 jig+ 3.1/2" trailer \:D/ During the retreive it' feels sturdy and gives a good feeling of connectionvwi...

Re: Reel for MB Diablo Stage III
@RRion i thought you were not crazy about the rod? You warming up to it now? As for reels- no question, the antares. A cheaper option would be to buy the slower gears for the met. Chronarch d5(5.1:1) will drop right in. I still don't like it so much, but now i have it and must use it for something ...

Re: Bold & Beautiful
I love these new Evo, did you noticed any differences with the Super Diablo Stage I? They are "bold and beautiful" (in Italy it's only Beautiful  ) but when you fish them they are a lot more than this, it's the kind of action that i like to fish with. The WP it's amazing, for a 4oz rod the ...
