Has anyone built on either of these? Been thinking about building on a rod geek C4 or rainshadow immortal/revalation. a long spinning (7'6") and a all purpose MH or H 7'6" casting rod specifically. Just wondering if anyone has built around these blanks. Looking for reviews or anything actually. How ...

could be old, or affected by temperatures. bottom line it is damaged line and shouldnt be used

I like the Owner mosquito hooks in size 2. Never had a problem losing ridiculous amounts of fish. I dont like the VMC because i lose valuable fishing time tying up both ends.

Does anyone own this rod? do you recommend this rod for punching? do the grip and realseat affect your fishing? i need a legitimate punchrod and im looking at this one.

I personally prefer double foot guides over single foot guides. single foots are so easy to smash on accident whether it be stepping on it, banging against the deck, etc.

well what a coincidence i have my scorpion XT 6.3:1 paired with my 704CB. i love it i really do but its not attractive. but since the 704CB is glass i was thinking maybe getting a phoenix X9 composite to replace it. hmmm..... but id very much love to see the pics

Dont get me wrong i like dobyns rods but i cant get over the color . anyone think recons are as good if not better than dobyns given the price? looks aside what about sensitivity, quality, etc.

i use a 2500 Ci4 a lot. its light, its smooth, its just an all around reel.
