The strangest thing about my elite is I can skip with it better than my Tatula SV. The elite also casts longer between the two. So I am baffled as you would think it would be one or the other and not both.

I have both and the Elite is the better reel. Casts farther, is smoother and I can also skip better with it. I only have the 6.3 model. Want to try the P/F model next.

I absolutely love the Cashion Chatterbait rod. I tried a mod fast 7’3 and kept missing fish.

I fish in heavy grass area and this rod is about as perfect as it gets, sensitive, perfect action and I can skip chatterbaots like nothing.

So what’s the verdict on the Elites? Better than? How does it stack up to others Tatulas , Zillion etc.

Lews tourney pro was decent if you can’t find one.

Curious to see how these cast versus some others.

Cashion. Their rods are lighter and the builds are much cleaner than they were. I don’t know what they did but they are even better than they were.

Both are good reels. Curado fits the hand better. I prefer the Tatula. They can be found for less $ , easier to get locked in and its near impossible to backlash. Now if the K series is as good as there hyping and a 50 or 70 size reel in the works, that might change things.

I was curious if any one knew what the equivalents were of abu jdm to Usdm reels. Many spec look close. Can anyone school me on these?

Looking for some help with a BFS casting rod. Looking to throw weightless plastics, small jerkbaits. I would like to throw down to 1/16 oz baits. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Can someone tell me what the difference are between the Abu JDM LTZ and LTX.

I played with two of them at the reel counter and they both had a lot of slop in them. I adjusted the brakes and tension on the spool and it still wouldn't tighten up. I tried two because I had never seen this much play in a Shimano reel. Maybe both of them were bad.
