Re: Blank for small jerkbaits?

Sorta outside the box, and for pretty much anything else, I wouldn't recommend MHX.... But, I've found that the high mod popping blanks are great for jerkbaits. I haven't found a blank I like better. I have the old version, but I believe the new version is in the Elite-X series. NP-842 to be exact ...

Re: Where did they dig up this relic ?

Old school, and most new school Yo Zuri lures are great. There was another version of the original Rattlin Vibe... It was a little more expensive, had some matte paint jobs, and a killer looking set of eyeballs. Also a lipless crank. Can't recall the name atm.

"The powers also run upwards to a full half power less...."
I absolutely probably won't fully half-understand this yesterday.
Literally haven't a clue what you're talking about, but the blanks are typically a half power less than your typical blank with the same ratings.

Re: K2 Blank Sensitivity Compared To NRX, Conquest, Poison Adrena Level Rods

YES. DEFINITELY. ABSOLUTELY. They are also lighter. Just know they are not a true fast. More of a slow fast, but not a true moderate fast. The powers also run upwards to a full half power less than what the label suggests. Extremely crisp blanks, very lively... I can't say enough good things. The bi...

There are a few current, open threads on the forum already. People really like them, including myself. Excellent rods with outstanding build quality and sensitivity.

Just received a package of Hideup Stagger originals to try. Anyone using these? The bellies are completely flat. Looking forward to seeing how they swim.

Yeah...I noticed that yesterday. Folks are getting a monoque in their shorts for these rods.
They will definitely make your pants a little tighter.

Re: Ss sv spool options

I've used the Steez LTD 105 in my SS SV. It was about the same as it was in the Steez LTD. I ended up using mine for finesse and have a Ray's DIY in it with stronger magnets from an IS73. The SS SV spool and magnets live in the IS73 urban camo for a future build. I might have to try this. I have an...

Re: Before I Buy Spool Question

that looks to be just a Steez A spool /w an RCS logo. similiar to the RCS g1 1016sv is the same as the steez svtw . It's not an improvement over the RCS1016 that comes stock in the t31016. I wasn't a big fan of the Steez A spool in general. I replaced them /w the SVTW steez spool and zillion SVtw s...

Re: Ss sv spool options

I was just curious if anyone has tried a SS SV with a Zpi nrc001m spool, steez 103 r+, or steel limited 105sv spool? I keep reading about the SS sv being over braked but not sure if it's the spool, magnets, or both. It's the spool Chris. The inductor is quite large, similar to the SV103. I'm not su...
