Re: Confirmed new Nrx coming out !!

If they’re using recoils again it would probably be for sensitivity reasons. People complained too much about the conquests being not as sensitive as the NRX even though the conquests are superior rods in nearly every way. Only thing lacking from the conquest series were some JWR tapers in my opinio...

Re: Corky Porky Puddin and Pie

Hmmm... From what I see second from the left and second from the right are the most expensive. They look like a Stallion RS and Luxxe Oltre. The third from the left is probably the new one. Looks like an Olympic handle to me. The one on the far right looks like a Luxxe efreet. The first and fourth ...

Re: Designo leben and vantage

I spent some more time with the rod this evening. I have no doubt that he had pitching in mind when creating that rod. It's a very natural flow if your holding the rod with your right hand, turning the reel/rod 90 degrees in the pitching motion puts the tip pointing down, very fluid line flow. Unde...

Re: Rod with power between Leben C71MH+RST2S TT & Leben C71H+TT / Jigga Stick

I don't want to go below 7ft. Would I be correct to understand the Technical Tune is the better all around rod but the Finesse tune is better if its only for bottom contact? The Leben C71MH+RST2STT is a pretty awesome all around rod for how I fish but a hair under powered for allot of my bottom con...

Re: Started a new collection

Search shadow box displays on google. There are some awesome ideas out there. I am going to build one eventually from reclaimed wood. I will use a router and countersink some LED strip lights in the top, or possibly around the border inside the frame so it will have really good lighting. I will also...

Re: Designo leben and vantage

This one came today while fishing my Vantage DV6-C611HRS3. Only the second time out with it; expecting 1-2 pounders on shore this time of year. The rain brought the big girls out. Super delicate bite on a berkely general. This fish grew 3X after hookset as I thought it was a dink for the initial 10...

Re: Designo leben and vantage

I have a Leggera....DL7- C611HRS4 Performance...that is now a two piece. Since breaking the rod, I‘ve spoken with Yuki Kamiya about the design of the rod. According to him...It wasn’t built to be durable. In his words...it’s built like a F1 car. Light, accurate, hence “racing design”....So, from wh...

I can only imagine some of the custom parts and designs you will have in the future. If I owned a guide service or some other endeavor I would love to have my companies name or logo on the side plate of my reels. Amazing stuff! =D> Appreciate the kind words. If you have Instagram please follow me @...

Re: Megabass Custom FX68 Spool (Purple)

I got a Megabass Custom FX68 purple spool this week. Can anyone give me some info on this spool as far as performance in a TD-Z frame? I can't seem to find much info and I can't find any for sale to determine the worth of the spool. Thanks! They are a 1010 spool. I never owned one or used it in a T...

Re: Evergreen Grand Stallion GTX?

Mine has been getting a big-time workout. Absolutely blown away by this rod. Fits my fishing style perfectly. Was skeptical of the EVA full grip on paper but it does have a special resonance to it that seems to amplify the sensitivity. I’ve read Imae tout that both for the GTX and the newer full co...

I take it on salty trips...don't know when I can do that again. :(
I get it... lucky for me every cast with a big swimbait can also get attacked by monster striped bass. There have been quite a few in the 30lb+ range caught recently. This reel will come in handy on this rod.

Looks really good, course for me anything with a Ryoga on it looks good.
The rod is pretty simple looking, but performance and power is where it really shines. I can’t wait to get a beast to commit.

I didn't need to see this. I have a Ryoga 1520HL that is homeless right now. 8-[
Every reel deserves a good home. Especially one as capable as a Ryoga. ;)
