Ah sorry dont want to start to manny topics :) But the rod will be a F4 1/2-64XFti-SB JOTA DorumStick.. The baits about 1/4-1/2 oz.. And I will import a reel from http://www.plat.co.jp. They have most Shimano and Daiwa reels but I could go for a ABU as well. Price isent a problem as loong its a goo...

roachy. I don't know if you are getting the TD-X or TD-S new or used.... So, don't know how much you want to sink into the reel. I was looking at purchasing a Daiwa TD-X or S... or maybe two of them. I would be interested in enhancing the performance on them, so what would be the best thing to do. Magnesium can not be anodized. The yellow's paint scratches very easy for some reason. I believe there is a problem with the paint it seems soft. Especially Montana. We have a sister yard over in Missoula and those poor boys have been choking all summer. Fortunately the fire here was short lived. ;) Check this out. We've been on a burn ban all summer which has made camping a real bummer. We haven't had(just guessing) an 1" of rain all summer....

What is the relation with the balance point given in the TT rod evaluations :?: The balance point on the Hatchet(which is the only MB I have experience with)matched with a Daiwa Tierra was right 1" from the reel stem...
