Hey fellas just curious if anyone knows the size of the anti reverse one way roller bearing on the DW ultra ? Acura and micro monster are the same reel as well so the size should be identical..

I have had a few metaniums and that’s a normal thing. Yes you can change the spool bearing out. It’s the pinion and spool bearings that get busted first for those reels with heavy use.

Just curious if anyone has this reel and how they like it..

When all that was available was right handed you didn’t have a choice. Now that lefty’s are all over the place it has me wanting but then if it sticks I’ll have to convert everything and that’s a pain in the rear.

All Shimano needs to do is bring back the original gears and market them as macro module lol

Just update the frames and keep the same gears of old and I’ll be a happy camper.
