Lucky craft french spinning rod.
Was going to try one since it was only 50 bucks on tw, but contemplated too long and now it's sold out. I'm pretty sure someone on here got one. Post a review so I can see what I missed.

Re: Tatula HD usdm vs Tatula usdm parts compatibility
Thanks guys. Ordering a Ziaon drag star from tt. I hate the stock one. Makes it look cheap. May try the stock zillion tws aluminum thumb clutch later.

Tatula HD usdm vs Tatula usdm parts compatibility
Just got a usdm tatula hd as a gift and was looking to replace the star drag and thumb clutch because I can't stand plastic parts on my reels. Went to hedgehog's website and they don't list anything for the usdm tatula hd 200. Does anyone know if the frame size is the same on the hd vs the normal ta...

Re: Jackson Super Trickster
I don't want to deter anyone from buying one. It's still a good rod. I still like the rod a lot. Doesn't affect performance - more of a cosmetic thing but it freaked me out at first. Now that it's all peeled off, it looks fine.

Re: Jackson Super Trickster
Yeah, the whole clear coat is peeling off. I have the 7'2" xxh. Bought it off another member here on tackletour 3 months ago. Had no problems and looked great until the peeling thing. I'll just have to peel the rest of it off. It comes off if I just run the edge of my credit card back and forth on t...

Jackson Super Trickster
I have a Jackson Super Trickster rod that the finish has started to flake and peel off. It's flaking from the first guide all the way to the tip. It's almost like a clear coat. I saw what looked to be a gray scratch by the second guide and ran my fingernail slightly over it, then it got bigger. I sc...

Re: Megabass EMTF question
I have the 744 and EMTF. It's closer to the 744 in my opinion.

Re: Daiwa Luvias best spinning reel under $250?
wait for the new Stradic FK  for the $200 it cannot be beat. I didn't really liked the Ci4 2500 i own. Just curious as to what you didn't like about? I have a 2500 Rarenium and love it. It's your hands and reel, again just wondering. It doesn't feel smooth at all and im all about that smoo...

Re: X7 Bearing Down questions
I used mine primarily for 3/8 oz jigs with trailer and weightless plastics and tubes. It transitions really fast into the backbone so I don't really have any issues ripping my baits from weeds. I have no problems flipping 3 lbs bass into the boat, but anything bigger than that, I'd wouldn't recommend.

Re: X7 Bearing Down questions
I have the x7 bearing down, x7 extreme mission and P3 nautilus. I use 1/2 oz jigs with trailer on all 3. It took awhile to get used to the stinger tip on the bearing down. At first, I thought it would be too fragile and was afraid it would snap if I set the hook too hard, but the transition to backb...
