Question about the spacers. I've seen some people have one 2mm spacer, and others have what you have. I'm guessing it's just more aesthetic. Is there any difference besides the slight line lay offset? I want to try my hand at making a few on the mill. Thanks.

I'd go with an Abu Winch or variation and just wash it thoroughly after each time out and break it down after season. There's a gen 4 revo winch on the other site for cheap.

The Daiwa Coastal TWS is a 36mm spool so none of the regular Tatula 34mm spools will work, including the HLC. Your best bet is the spool from the JDM Tatula 153. I need to try this in my MX, as I bought a sv103 spool to try in my TDZ. It didn't cast well at all. I even removed a spacer from under the cc knob, but then it was way too loose.

I was changing some spools around the other day and noticed my two gigas spools have different color brake tabs, one set is blue and the other red. Does anyone have any info on this? Thanks.

Here's the schematic. Pretty simple, just place the removed parts in succession, so you know what order to place them back. Taking pictures each step is also a good Idea.
