That roller should spin freely. Take the line roller apart, clean and lube it and it should work fine.Robert11 wrote:Hi,

You are basically looking for a Shimano with a propulsion spool. A 7ft rod with power selected by the lure your casting. Berkely Nanofil or power pro super slick 8 depending on what you like.
