been reading this thread up to page 11. some question here about simple solution;
will applying thin layer of light grease or lube inside the line guide or level wind using cotton bud/swab on every after use can minimize the issue? love to hear comment from those who practice this method

I will try get more pics up later but my initial gut feeling was spot on ... The gear side cover is composite. I'm sure it's to save weight and cost. It's not a deal breaker though for me as it still feels pretty solid. Rotation and clutch engagement feels pretty solid. A lil different sound than O...
