If I remember correctly it's one bearing, one bushing on each shaft.
Are the knobs removable?

I have 5 of these. One is not nearly as smooth as the others. Without the spool, it's smooth as can be but when you pop a spool in, I can feel a vibration or tick when reeling. I've put 3 different spools in it so it's not the spool . Any idea what would cause this? Did you switch spool with a reel...

It's disappointing to hear stuff like this happening. Taking advantage of unsuspecting clients is at the very minimum is disgraceful. I have no idea who worked on your reels, but with e_bassfisher & nitro both whom are well known on the TT Forum, it would be nice for you to let the TT community tha...
