Sounds like the perfect combo. You will absolutely love the PP for frogs. Tip loads nicely and can haul bass out of cover. One of MB's best rods. Enjoy!

I have 2 of these platforms. A TDZ R+ and a TDZ Ito 105HL. Have the R+ on a Megabass punch rod and the Ito on a 6'8 Diablo slant bridge. Nice light reels. Try the Yozuri 3DB series prop. It works great for smallmouth on Erie. Prop is plastic so no tuning required like metal props.
