I like the Daiwa steez sv tw and the steez A. They just palm better to me. Plus I like the brake dial being on the side of the palm plate.

I would think the US version is the same but just glued into the handle. Has anyone confirmed this? I am about to order a couple from Japan. Do not want to wait until the fall and coukd save some money.

Those wont work on most of the OG Daiwa reels. The drive shaft is too short to allow any drag range. TDZ, Alphas, OG Steez is a no go.

The Steez SV 103 has has the nut and spring drag star. Maybe it will work.

I have a Steez SV TW on my target sniper. I could not be happier.
