Re: Scorpion DC7 vs Exsence DC
Just checked... Mine makes noise at the end of the cast and continues to make a little noise when i start reeling right away. So my question is... does the DC only work when it is making noise?

Re: abu garcia revo rocket feedback?
I had one and sold it. I think for the price it lacks refinement. It cast 1/2oz compact baits well(jigs) but does not do well with casting baits into the wind that have a larger profile(frogs). I would go with the Metanium 8:5:1 or there are good deals out there on ebay for 9:1:1 zillions that will ...

T3 ballistic spool problem
I have a lefty t3 balistic that when a cast is made it rattles. I have narrowed it down to the spool. It seems that the inside brake lip of the spool is too large and the spring is not held in place so it slips and rattles when casting. Has anyone run into this before? is there a easy fix besides a ...

Re: Hollow Body Frogs: Taking on water
Update: I have tried Silicone glue and it works great. The 'leak' at issue was not the hook hole, but the weight hole. After fished for awhile the paint on these frogs comes loose from around the weight ring and allows water to seep inward. I have reglued the weight and am now having zero issues. I...

Re: Daiwa/BPS breakup
BPS is not much more than a big bargain bin when it comes to tackle in my opinion. It is only fitting that a reel manufacturer that focuses more on the high end be shunned. Last Chance, Angler's Marine, and the Tackle Warehouse here in California have better tackle departments for high end bass gea...
