Re: Good to meet you today Bantam1
It's always great to meet people from the various boards. I'm glad you took the time to come to the show and stop by the booth. I like surprising people when they start talking about Bantam1 from the forums. Most of the time they have no idea its me until I say something.

Re: Chronarch 101A question
You will need to replace all 3 to gain performance. They all provide support under a load and help with casting.

Re: Shimano Curado 200 7:1 Problem ?
Maybe the rod you are using is too stiff for the lure? This means the rod is not loading correctly to give you a good cast and will lead to a backlash.

He's only there until 3pm PST. If you call after that time ask for Mike.

That was repealed and I reload my own ammo. I have enough for how much I shoot. Lately it hasn't been much.

Re: Shimano Reel Grease (Permalube)
Permalube is for spinning reels or reels used in sever cold weather (freezing and below). For low profile and conventional reels you will want to use the normal star drag grease.

The Curado version does. I would think this one would as well. Check the schematic that came with the reel.

Re: Chronarch clicking problem
If the reel is brand new and never used then return it for an exchange. Or maybe put some line on it and fish it to see if the noise is still there.

Re: Shimano Reel Grease (Permalube)
We have Perma Lube. There are a couple of people down from GLoomis this week working the phones for training. They may not know it is available. I think the part number is APERMLUB1OZ or something like that. I don't have a way to check right now. I am out of the office until next week.

I did it earlier...don't feel bad. Just hit the "delete post" when you go to edit.
