For my standard bass technique i perfer my Daiwa, but for big baits hands down Shimano. Power/plamability between my Pluton & luna 253 is nothing compare to the 2015 Conquest 301.

Side plates are still the same, The only noticeable difference is the top hood of the frame. It's been slimed and narrow down to look more compact, even looks like it sits further back to accomdate smaller hands. Take notice of how the TWS sits further out. Fool me once (tatula) shame on u, fool me ...

I have 3 tatulas and a t3. T3 palms the best of those 4.....but not even close to as comfortable as my tdz. Do I hate twing? No. Can I live without it for a lower price tag, more bearings and a better spool? Without a doubt. I imagine that if daiwa is to keep their twing baby, they must be working ...

Lets face it, daiwa fawked up again. This year line up looks like a bunch of left over parts reel.

If u know the in and out of ur fishing reel do it urself and save the time and hassel of sending it into Daiwa. Sadly Shimano got Daiwa beat, not even impress with daiwa line up for 2015.

I find it odd that its the series is called E6X similar to Edge EFX
