Re: Round Reel Refinement - The JDM Daiwa Millionaire CT SV70
Great review! Just a little slip when you compare the two spools (third and second to last pics). "The CT SV70's spool (right) is quite a bit smaller than that of the classic Millionaire's (left). Note, the spool on the left is from a TDZ 100M but also fits in the classic Millionaire". Old Millionai...

You could try a DIY spool.
Cheap and worth the money

Re: How Do I Remove A Retainer Ring?
It's quite easy using an eyebrow tweezer https://ae01.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1cDiladzJ8KJjSspkq6zF7VXaz/2-pcs-Eyebrow-clip-Slanted-Stainless-Steel-Tweezer-Eyebrow-Tweezers-Professional-Eyebrow-Tweezers-professional.jpg_640x640q70.jpg You have to push the C and at the same time push down your thumb, so you...

Re: SLP Works Zaion Screwless
Seems it doesn't fit on a TD-Z (or old Steez, Zillion and red Fuego).

Re: Alphas air stream custom
Any idea if Megabass Zonda Bait finesse spool can fit into ASC or any other daiwa reels besides Zonda? No. Zonda BFS Spool fits only: Alphas old classic version (grey Type F, purple saltwater version, orange Sol platform, Alphas Type R and Alphas Finesse Custom) The Alphas Ito is perfect. New Alpha...

Done it for a friend who gave me 3 NIB Daiwa Theory (kit is almost the same).
In a new reel you don't notice any real improvement.

Re: Removing cotter pin to change Magforce spring
I use an eyebrows tweezer, so I can push and, at the same time, maintain contact with the clip when the shaft enlarges.

Re: Degreaser for gear set
I use an ultrasonic cleaner with a degreaser like Simple Green, then I rinse with hot water and last step is the final degrease in a jar with acetone.
Acetone is cheap and super effective on bearings too.
