Re: Kistler 2020 prices up!
yeah i have had a few h 3 and z bones usually bought on sale when they run them. I agree the h3 is a good rod but for that price i would definitely pick up one of the new poison adrena rods for sure. I thought they did a different blank at first but its still the same blank just a raised price for it.

Re: Any 2020 Shimano reel leaks.....
didnt think of a bantam xt. so from the video on youtube that was posted here that reel would more than likely be a bantam variant than the metanium i would think. but not a bantam dc unless they have changed dial locations somehow.

Re: Diawa morethan pe tw, Bantam MGL questions
honestly cant go wrong with either of those reels they are both excellent!! they are both pretty solid reels. Even though I find myself owning more shimanos im going to say the morethan would probably balance the rod you are using better. If the rod was a longer rod i would suggest the bantam but it...

Re: daiwa BLX Rods
I just sold the 7'4 limber casting rod. I didnt sell it because it was not up to par i just had too many unused rods. I used that rod 4 outings and caught fish each time with it. Honestly it was an outstanding stick! It was light, balanced, and pretty sensitive for a reaction bait rod with a regular...

Re: New Poison Adrena
who has used the 7'3 med hvy model. im looking for a spinnerbait, swim jig, and keitech rod with 1/4 oz heads -1/2 oz. would this rod fit the bill for single hook reaction baits? i noticed it is a mod fast instead of fast taper.

Re: Any 2020 Shimano reel leaks.....
from the video im going to guess the new met. if it is a solid body design like the bantam it should be really comfortable to palm. if it was a bantam dc would it have the open svs adjustment like the one in the video has? ive noticed most of the dc reels do not have that on the side plate of the re...

Re: Disappointed
i really enjoy my elites and the tapers but i will say they are not as sensitive as some other rods in the price range but i have not considered them to be lacking in bite detections

Re: Daiwa rebillion rods?
i think the black label rods where just a " bonus rod " in the daiwa usa line up just for the fact of the limited models, but if they expanded the line up you could be right about them being the replacement. i bought the 7'4 regular taper from ttt and its a great rod for reaction baits, and i like t...

Re: 7'6" Spinning Rods
I have used the 2019 z bone spinning 7'3 medium. I ended up selling it. I really liked the rod but the guide train was kind of weird on the rod (not a great caster) the x ray blanks are really good ill say but i would go a custom route with it to get better cork and better guides than what was offer...

Re: 7'6" Spinning Rods
im a huge nrx fan, but i will say the steez ags 7'6 m/ml is something special its a great rod for sure. The 901 nrx is really awesome as well but its the light stuff rod without a doubt, the steez is more versatile in things outside the tiny baits if it needed to be.

Re: Swimbait Rods
i second the low down custom rods i bought one last year and it is a excellent rod for swimbaits. the white label are his rods that are made and put on the site for sale. they run 320 ish but are well worth it. The white label rods are spiral wrapped and come in three models 7'9 med hvy , 8' hvy, an...
